And the hunting obsession continues.....

My week has been so busy at work! Thank God for Kason and Katie who always make me laugh (ok, not ALWAYS, but often! :) Kason's hunting obsession is still going strong. In lieu of actual deer hunting, he has taken to using his Spiderman binoculars to hunt for Tucker. Poor Tucker! He has no idea that Kason is using him as a deer stand-in! Kason will do the play by play like they do on the hunting channel when Tucker walks by. He'll say "There he is, isn't he a beauty!". LOL! Then he will act like he shoots him and go up to him and give him antlers with his hands behind Tucker's ears. I had to include a picture so you could see for yourself! Too funny!!
Kason has been doing really good at school. He receives a color each day that indicates how his behavior was that day. Orange is the best, then Yellow for warning and so on and so forth. He has gotten orange all week except for Monday when he got a warning for misbehaving in music class. We didn't receive any details from his teacher, so GD asked Kason what he did to get in trouble in music class. Kason told him that the teacher asked them to do something that he didn't want to do, so he decided he would do some push-ups in class. LOL! It makes me laugh to think about him plopping down on the floor in the middle of class and start doing push-ups!! Of course, I didn't laugh in front of Kason and we talked to him about always listening to the teacher even when you don't want to. He said he understood and has done better since. I tell you what, you just never know what that boy is gonna do! Hopefully we won't have any more spontaneous workouts during class!! :)

Katie Blair is still coughing her poor little head off, and does not seem to be feeling up to par. She doesn't have any other symptoms though. Hopefully this will pass, but it does seem to be dragging on. She doesn't let it slow her up too much, though. Her new favorite toy is a plastic picnic basket. She carries it around the house and then plops down wherever she sees fit and spreads out cloth napkins, cups, plates and spoons. She then will make drinks for whoever is around. I will try to post a picture of her with her picnic basket soon.

  1. It's perfectly fine for my nephew to get a workout in music class. Keep training...it's good for your jump shot. Ha, great story. Laughing hard!
